Dov Sugarman, CEO: has over 10 years experience leading and growing profitable businesses at all stages including start-up, turnaround and growth. From 2000 until 2005, Dov managed the operations of a health system in Seattle, Washington with annual revenues of over $18 million. Prior to co-founding Didaso, Dov was COO of MedInsight Research Institute, a web-based, health information company which provides customers with unique treatment information for a variety of significant diseases. Dov has an MPH degree in Health Policy and Management from Oregon State University and a MS and BS in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle Washington.

Simon Shaw, VP R&D: has over 11 years experience in Voice and Video over IP technology projects in a range of research, development and management positions at Emblaze, VCON, and Phonet. Prior to co-founding Didaso Simon was Director of Server Products, where he managed the company’s development of a standards-based video soft-switch, as well as leading integration projects with leading PBX vendors. Simon received his B.Eng(Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Ido Varum, VP Product Management: has over 6 years experience managing quality assurance and product development teams in video communications, audio conferencing, data conferencing and text messaging at VCON and Emblaze. His specialty is in interactive group communication systems, secured firewall traversal and encrypted communication solutions. Ido earned a BA in Psychology and Criminology from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
